WE ACCEPT CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BEFORE THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED OR MANUFACTURED. IF AN ORDER IS CANCELLED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. WE CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER IF THE PRODUCT HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.


FOR QUALITY REASONS (DAMAGE, NOT WORKING PROPERLY, ETC.), THE CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE US WITH PROOF OF THE DEFECT (PICTURES; VIDEO, ETC.) AND WE WILL SEND A REPLACEMENT OR ISSUE A FULL REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER UPON APPROVAL.

FOR OTHER NON-QUALITY REASONS, WE OFFER OUR CUSTOMERS 3 OPTIONS:

KEEP THE PRODUCT AND WE WILL REFUND 30% OF THE PRODUCT PRICE.
RETURN THE PRODUCT, THE CUSTOMER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS. THE EXACT COST SHALL DEPEND ON THE COURIER COMPANY YOU CHOOSE. WE WILL REFUND 60% OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE UPON RECEIPT OF THE GOODS.
IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT OR ANOTHER PRODUCT, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF THE NEW PRODUCT.
